First, please check which kind of card were you trying to use.  Please verify that the billing address you are entering is the one on your credit card statement. Billing addresses entered that do not match the address on your account will prevent your payment form going through. If you are still having problems, please email and we will call you to manually process the card over the phone.

If you are unsure as to whether or not you were charged, please email the FW gmail account with your name and amount and we will get back to you.
